We’re thrilled to have you as a customer at our Blaxland barbershop. Below are the terms and conditions that apply when you visit us at 6/6 Station St, Blaxland NSW 2774, Australia, or use our services. By booking or receiving a service, you agree to these terms. 1. Services
Elia Barber provides grooming services including haircuts, skin fades, beard trims, and more, as listed in our pricing section. We aim to deliver top-quality results every time, but the final outcome may vary based on your hair type, preferences, and our professional judgment.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
- Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are encouraged—give us a ring at +61 404 103 019 to book.
- If you can’t make it, please let us know as soon as possible. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours before) may limit our ability to serve others, so we appreciate a heads-up!
- We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but arriving late might mean a shorter service or rescheduling.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Prices are listed on our website and in-shop: Haircut $30, Skin Fade $35, Hair and Beard $55, Kids $25, High School $27, Senior $20 (as of February 27, 2025).
- We accept cash and card payments. Prices may change, and we’ll let you know in advance if they do.
- Full payment is due at the end of your service—no credit or tabs, please!
4. Conduct
We’re all about good vibes at Elia Barber. Please treat our team and fellow customers with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting disruptively or inappropriately—it’s rare, but we want everyone to feel comfortable here.
5. Health and Safety
- If you’re feeling unwell, we kindly ask you to reschedule. Your health and ours matter!
- Our tools are sanitized between clients, and we keep the shop clean to ensure a safe experience. Let us know if you have allergies or sensitivities—we’ll do our best to work around them.
- All services are at your own risk; we’re not liable for adverse reactions to products or styling beyond our control.
6. Refunds and Satisfaction
Love your cut? We hope so! If something’s not right, tell us within 24 hours, and we’ll fix it for free at your next visit (within 7 days). No refunds are offered, but we’re committed to making you happy.
7. Liability
Elia Barber isn’t responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the shop—keep an eye on your belongings! We’re also not liable for injuries caused by your own actions or circumstances beyond our control (like power outages or natural events).
8. Changes to Terms
We might update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, so check back now and then. Your continued use of our services means you’re okay with the updates.
